Summary
This course is an advanced -week study for beekeepers who have previously completed the HCC Backyard Beekeeping course OR, beekeepers who have their certification(s) from the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association (NCSBA). Prior knowledge about honeybees required. THIS IS NOT a beginner’s course! Students will inspect and analyze bee colonies, take samples, compile data, and file research reports.
