Pottery: Intermediate Wheel

Want to take your wheel throwing to the next level?  Perfect for students who have already taken my beginning pottery class, this 6 week course will cover forms and techniques such as making plates, lidded jars, throwing with larger amounts of clay, and learning to trim feet and attach handles.  Please note the techniques we will learn in this class require a mastery of basic centering and pulling at least 2-3 lbs of clay.  If you are still struggling with these techniques, please take my beginning pottery class again for more practice before moving on to the intermediate course.

Cost includes one bag of clay, use of classroom glazes and kiln firing.  Tools are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

This course has no requirements.
